National Defense Bill To Include Payment To The OKC Memorial

With both the House and Senate passing their versions of the defense bill this week, Americans have a better idea of what will be in the final version Congress will vote on later this year.

Interestingly, it includes a long-overdue payment to the Oklahoma City National Memorial.
