Former University of Oklahoma President David Boren retired last year after serving as the university’s president for 24 years. His announcement came after sexual assault allegations surfaced against Boren and former OU Vice President Tripp Hall.
According to The Oklahoman, a grand jury heard from witnesses in the case for the first time. The testimony comes nearly 16 months after the initial claims were brought forward.
The article said, in an OSBI search warrant, it was alleged that Boren and Hall both inappropriately kissed and touched former and current students as well as employees of the university.
Boren and Tripp have both denied any wrongdoing.
