Body Of Missing Man Found Near Ski Island

The Oklahoma City Fire Department said it has found the body of a man who went missing during Monday night's severe weather near Ski Island.

Family members identified the missing man as 49-year-old Monte Williams.

Williams’ car was submerged under rushing waters Monday night. Concerned neighbors spotted Williams and called 911.

Fire officials said Williams was found near South Shore Drive and North MacArthur Boulevard under a boat that was on a lift just before 8 a.m. Thursday.
