As University of Oklahoma fans prepare for changes during the actual game Saturday, on Campus Corner there will be some big changes as well.

Businesses say they're trying to help with the fan experience.

Campus Corner will follow the rules Norman already has in place, like the city wide mask up policy, however there are some other changes people will see come game day.

This year, tables and chairs for groups of 10 or less will be set up outside along Asp Avenue, White Street and Buchanan Avenue.

Restaurants and bars Saturday will be set up for outside dining, and many will encourage it.

Outdoor vendors this year will be limited to Campus Corner merchants and sponsors, this is to allow for more social distancing.

“We just want to encourage everyone to do their best. To do social distancing and we will monitor that kind of stuff as much as we can,” says Jeff Stewart of O’Connell’s Irish Pub & Grill.

One nice addition this year is that there will be a jumbotron on Asp Avenue facing north, right near O'Connells. This will give fans an outdoor experience and will play various games going on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Campus Corner will also have the outside tables and chairs sanitized after each use.

Sanitation Stations will also be available in the area as well.
