Robin Marsh Will 'Kiss The Pig'; More Than $22,000 Goes To Food Bank

News 9 viewers have spoken, and that means Robin Marsh will be kissing a pig Monday during News 9 This Morning!

But this also means News 9 viewers have raised a lot of money for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma's 'Food For Kids' program. In all, $11,156 was raised as part of this fundraising effort, which usually happens alongside the Oklahoma State Fair. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2020, the fundraiser was completely virtual.

Thanks to a donation-match from the Masonic Charity Foundation, the Food Bank will receive $22,312!

"Unfortunately, the number of kids who are going to bed hungry has skyrocketed during the pandemic,” said Griffin Communications Vice President of Marketing Houston Hunt. “We’re so grateful for our viewers who, once again, have met the need of Oklahoma’s kids."
