A woman has been arrested by police after a deadly auto-pedestrian crash early Wednesday morning at Shawnee Mall.

Police allege Carlotta Rich, 35, intentionally ran over 40-year old Marc Brennan, and then rushed inside the restaurant and asked workers to call 911.

Here are some excerpts from the call:

Caller: This lady just came in and said someone just jumped out of the car in front of her while it was rolling.

Dispatch: Did she hit someone?

Caller: No, he jumped out her car while it was rolling.

Dispatch: A man jumped out of her car?

Caller: Yes. I am calling them right now.

Dispatch: Where is the person? Are they in the parking lot?

Caller: I don't know. She is hysterical. I can not understand a word she is saying other than, call 911 he jumped out of the car.

Dispatch: Do you know if there was any serious bleeding?

Caller: She has blood on her hoodie. I don't know if that was from him or not.

Brennan was taken to the hospital, but later died.

Video evidence was collected from the scene, as well as many witness statements.

The victim's family told News 9 Brennan and Rich were dating.

Below is a statement from the victim's sisters:

"My brother was a hardworking man that loved his family more than anything else.  He has 6 children, 4 girls and 2 boys ages 7-18. He never met a stranger. He was a big teddy bear, and everyone had a great time when he was around. He was always laughing and cracking jokes. He was a big nerd and LOVED Stars Wars and DC Comics. He was always trying to one up his sister Courtny with the toys or “collectibles” he would find. His love of DC was also instilled in his sons. He will be missed dearly by many, including his parents, sisters, children, aunts, uncles, and extended family. However, he now gets to spend time with his grandparents." --said Nadia and Courtny Brennan.
