WATCH: Sen. Harris Says Joe Biden Will Not Ban Fracking In America

On Friday, Sen. Kamala Harris landed in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is scheduled to attend an early voter mobilization event. Before leaving the airport, Harris spoke with several reporters on the tarmac.

"Let’s be really clear about this— let’s be really clear about this— Joe Biden is not going to ban fracking. He is going to deal with the oil subsidies, but that’s—you know, the president likes to put everything out of context. But let’s be clear, what Joe is talking about was banning subsidies, but he will not ban fracking in America," she said.
