Veteran Salute: Tommy Hicks

We're recognizing the brave men and women who have served our country.

On Oct. 27, we want to salute Tommy Hicks.

Hicks served with the 3rd Marine Regiment during Vietnam and later at the McAlester Army Ammunition Depot.

Now, he spends his time as a volunteer at the Owasso VFW and is an honor guard at military funerals for fallen veterans.

Now that Christmas is almost here, he will be spending these next few month doing all he can for Toys-for-Tots.

Thank you, Tommy Hicks, for your continued service to our country and our veterans.
