A new documentary bringing national attention to the Tulsa Race Massacre is now in production. CNN Films is teaming up with Lebron James' production company to shoot "Dreamland: the Rise and Fall of Black Wall Street."

A new documentary film bringing national attention to the Tulsa Race Massacre is now in production.

CNN Films is teaming up with Lebron James' production company to shoot "Dreamland: the Rise and Fall of Black Wall Street."

The film will use archived media, interviews and first-hand accounts from diaries and letters.

The film will also include footage from the recent mass grave excavations that have taken place in Tulsa.

HBO Max has recently acquired streaming rights for the documentary, and it is set to be completed by early 2021.
