Suspect Escapes After Standoff With Tulsa Police

Tulsa Police said a man is on the run after escaping during a six-hour standoff Monday.

Police said they are looking for Devon Geiger who witnesses said assaulted a woman at an apartment complex

The Special Operations Team were called to South 76th and 21st St according to TPD. Police said the suspect has felony warrants for their arrest and barricaded himself inside an apartment at the Colonial Park Apartments. The SOT team has been able to enter the apartment and said the suspect may be inside the attic.

Tulsa Police said they were able to safely remove a hostage from the apartment. The suspect has not been identified at this time.

Police said they did not find the suspect in the apartment building.
