Man Accused Of Asking 15-Year-Old For Sex Back In Jail

A man currently on a suspended sentence for asking a minor for sex is back in jail, accused of the same crime.

Police said, this time, a man stabbed Antonio Smith several times in July after learning Smith was trying to entice a 15-year-old boy into a sexual relationship.

Police said Smith recovered and is now charged with making lewd proposals to that boy, offering him money, marijuana and a car in exchange for sex.

Records show Smith was convicted in August of 2019 for trying to have sex with a 14-year-old boy. Smith was given a five-year suspended sentence.
