A Tulsa man in connection with a dog mauling death that took place in late October is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
According to jail records, Benjamin Spence was arrested and booked into jail on Thursday evening and will appear in court on Friday.
Spence was arrested after a warrant was issued in connection to the death of Curtis Wickham in early November.

The incident, that left one person dead, took place in late October near West Admiral Boulevard and North 50th West Avenue in Tulsa.
According to police, Spence got his three dogs to attack Wickham and while the victim was laying on the ground, Spence dropped a television on his head. Wickham later died from his injuries.

Spence has been charged with second-degree murder and assault with a dangerous weapon. Spence's bond totals more than $500,000.
