Cold Front Hits Okla. Ahead Of Possible Weekend Snowfall

A powerful cold front is moving though the state Friday morning and setting the stage for a winter-like weekend.

A powerful cold front is moving though the state Friday morning and setting the stage for a winter-like weekend.

Friday morning rain is pushing to the east.

Friday Rain

It will be a chilly day Friday with highs in the 40s and wind chills in the 30s most of the day. At night there will be dry and cold with lows near freezing.

Saturday looks chilly with partly cloudy skies.

Highs Saturday will again be in the mid 40s.

Late Saturday night into Sunday snow will begin. Snow is expected until late in the day Sunday. Many areas will see two to five inches of snow. Some areas to the northwest, may see even higher totals.
