Police Identify 17-Year-Old Boy Killed In SW OKC Shooting

A 17-year-old boy was killed Wednesday in a southwest Oklahoma City shooting.

Marlon Carter, 17, was found dead at a home in the 2800 block of Meadow Cliff Drive near SW 74th and May Avenue.

Police were called about 5:05 p.m. Wednesday after the boy collapsed on a porch, looking for help.

When officers arrived, the boy was dead.

Investigators are not sure what led up to the shooting.

So far, no arrests have been made.
