Like many of us, 2020 has been a tough year for Beaver County resident Sylvia Owens. The 99-year-old lost her only child to COVID-19 last month. They lived together at a nursing facility. This Christmas, she's choosing joy and happiness by dancing and spreading holiday cheer.
