Man Wanted In Connection With Baby's Death In Elk City Turns Himself In

An arrest warrant has been issued for an Elk City man wanted in connection with the death of a 2-year-old.

A man wanted in connection with the death of a 2-year-old child has turned himself in, according to Elk City Police Chief Eddie Holland.

An arrest warrant was issued for Troy Justice Jones, 24, who has been charged with first-degree murder, child abuse Friday.

According to police, 2-year-old Benji Taylor suffered severe head trauma.

Holland told News 9 Jones turned himself in Friday evening to the Beckham County Sheriff's Office.
