Veteran Salute: Bob Hedrick

We continue to salute the men and women who served our country.

On Jan. 27, we're recognizing Navy veteran Bob Hedrick.

If today's veteran looks familiar, it's because he's the father of our own Bobbie Miller.

Bob Hedrick served as a medic in the Navy during the Korean War.

He continued his service back at home with the American Legion.

He spent 10 years helping to raise money to send dozens of students to Boys & Girls state camp each year.

He also volunteers at the VA to help vets get their benefits.
