Oklahoma will see rain, a few thunderstorms, heavy wind, and a fire threat over the weekend.
Friday will be breezy with highs in the mid-50s and low 60s. South winds will gust to 30 mph.
Friday night rain chances go up as a very intense midlevel storm moves by. This storm is fast-moving, so even though rain chances are high, the totals are minimal.
Behind this storm, a dryline will move in. This will drop humidity and ramp up the wind leading to high fire danger.
There will be mild temperatures Saturday, but with strong winds gusting to 45 mph, will be unpleasant outside!
A cold front slams in late Saturday making for a chilly day on Sunday.
