Veteran Salute: Andrew Parker

We continue to salute the men and women who served our country.

On Feb. 2, we're recognizing Navy veteran Andrew Parker.

Andrew is currently stationed in Japan, part of his life-long dream to serve the United States.

Andrew joined the military right out of high school and is now on his 10th year of service.

Even while working across the ocean, he never forgets his family and how much they mean to him.

When he's not caring for his real family, he's taking care of his brothers and sisters in arms.

His family said they haven't seen him in over a year due to travel restrictions, but they could not be more proud of the sailor he's grown up to be.
