U.S. Marshals captured a Most Wanted Monday suspect that we aired on December 14.

They captured Hayden Payne in North Carolina where he will be held until he’s brought back to Oklahoma for three counts of shooting with intent to kill.

Broken Arrow Police said Payne shot at his ex-girlfriend and then fired shots into a house where she, her mother and stepfather were taking shelter.
