Spencer mayor Frank Calvin has helped to create a drinking water distribution station, the city said Saturday.
The distribution station is a response to the city's current water shortage in the aftermath of this week's winter weather.

The water distribution center is located at the city's fire department on 8310 Northeast 36th Street.
Residents can pick up water between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Sunday and Monday.
