Man Arrested, Accused Of Killing Roommate In SW OKC

A man was arrested after his roommate died in a fight early Saturday, police said.

Officers were called shortly before 5:30 a.m. Saturday to the 1600 block of SW 32nd Street near Pennsylvania Avenue.

When officers arrived, they found 26-year-old Jordan Ibarra-Ortega shot to death.

Investigators said they learned there was a fight between Ibarra-Ortega and his roommate earlier.

Jonathan Portillo-Lopez, 26, was arrested on a murder complaint and booked into the Oklahoma County jail.
