Nominee is a branding agency in Oklahoma City. They offer a variety of services, from logo and website design to branding, and a couple of years ago, the company decided to give back to the community and created the Impact Grant.
“The way this grant works is, we are giving our full range of services, up to 50 thousand dollars value to a nonprofit that’s working in the social justice or sustainable living space,” Nominee's Matt Stanberry said.
For a nonprofit, $50,000 for website, branding and logo design could be the difference in survival.
This is the third year they will be giving away the grant. In 2019, Oklahoma Pride received the grant. Last year, the Oklahoma City Black Chamber of Commerce were the recipients.
J.D. Baker with the Oklahoma City Black Chamber of Commerce said this really helped their organization.
“There’s very tangible ways that it helped us. It helped us basically come into a new era. The 2020 vision of a new brand a new identity, but I think also throughout the whole process we were able to understand better who we were. So, there were interviews done with some of members and people in the community. So, throughout this process not only did we come up with a new identity, but we came up with a new mission and a new vision for our organization,” Baker said.
Nominee is now looking for its next nonprofit for the Impact Grant and getting signed up is simple. They are accepting donations on their website.
Applications are due by April 30. Finalist and a winner will be selected in May.
