IMMY Labs To Host 14,000 Dose COVID-19 Vaccine POD At State Fairgrounds

IMMY Labs is teaming up with the state health department and Integris for Oklahoma's largest COVID-19 vaccine POD so far Tuesday.

There are 14,000 doses of the Pfizer vaccine available Tuesday at the Bennett Event Center.

IMMY Labs says they don't expect to fill all 14,000 appointments. But they say hosting an event of this size is about accessibility for everyone's work schedules, whether they work early in the morning or late at night.

"Really the idea behind this is that there are appointment slots that are convenient for most people throughout the day," said Dr. Sean Bauman from IMMY Labs.

This Thursday will be the first time IMMY Labs will do the single-dose Johnson and Johnson clinic, that will be in Stillwater.

IMMY Labs is hoping for a big turnout.
