Tulsa Community College's Signature Symphony will move its upcoming concert to a new location due to weather concerns.
The concert “A New Beginning” will be moved to the Union Multipurpose Activity Center because of rain forecasted for the weekend. The concert, set for Friday, April 23 at 8 p.m. and will feature music from films such as “Star Wars” and “The Magnificent Seven” with Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture.
“You never know Oklahoma weather and with this week’s snow, record-setting low temperatures, and rain forecast, we wanted to ensure the show can go on safely, regardless of mother nature,” said Kelly Clark, Dean of TCC’s School of Visual and Performing Arts.
Tickets are on sale now.
