A lawsuit is now in the works against the Tulsa Boys' Home and Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

The family of Rylan Harris hired Oklahoma City Attorney Cameron Spradling to represent them in litigation.

The family claims they were both negligent in the care of Rylan, resulting in the teenager's death when he ran off from the Tulsa Boys' Home in December and drowned in the Arkansas River.
