Woman Dies After Rollover Accident In Caddo County

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a woman died after a rollover accident Saturday in Caddo County.

The accident occurred just after 1:30 p.m. on State Highway 58, which is approximately 40 miles west of Minco.

Authorities said the driver turned their head to speak with a passenger, identified as 70-year-old Donna Chasenah of Weatherford, when the vehicle left the roadway.

The driver then tried reenter the roadway by overcorrecting but this caused the vehicle to rollover multiple times before resting in a ditch. Chasenah was ejected from the vehicle.

Chasenah was transported to OU Medical Center in critical condition with multiple injuries, but she died just after 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

The driver and a second passenger in the vehicle were treated and released for their injuries.
