Tulsa Police Officer Arrested For DUI While On Duty

The Tulsa Police department says an officer is under investigation for a DUI crash while on duty.

Officer Todd Snedegar rear-ended a car near 41st and Memorial around 8 a.m on Monday. The other officers who responded reported the smell of alcohol on Snedegar's breath. Police say he admitted to drinking the night before. TPD says a test showed he had a blood-alcohol level of .11.

Snedegar was arrested for DUI and having a gun while drunk. Police say he is on desk duty, pending a criminal investigation.
