Teacher Of The Day: Rebecka Peterson

Tuesday's teacher of the day is Rebecka Peterson, a math teacher at Union High School.

Rebecka is Union Public Schools 2020-2021 Teacher of the Year.

In her acceptance speech, Peterson said she "became a teacher to add value and dignity to students..."

Rebecka went on to say, when she started teaching more than a decade ago she "had no idea how much value my students would bring" to her life.
