Former Watonga Police Chief Appears In Court Thursday

Former Watonga Police Chief Shawn Kays will be in Blaine County Court on Thursday.

Kays is facing charges of assault and battery and burglary.

The Blaine County Sheriff's Office asked the OSBI to investigate a video of an arrest from 2019 involving Kays.

He was charged last month.
