Governor Kevin Stitt has announced the appointment of a new District Judge for Oklahoma County.
Governor Stitt announced on Monday that he had appointed Kaitlyn Allen to the position. It is the governor’s fifth appointment to the Oklahoma County District Court.
Allen received her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University in 2011.
Allen has been a partner at Henry and Dow in Oklahoma City since March of 2019. Before that, she also worked at several other private law firms.
She is filling a vacancy created when Judge Thomas E. Prince was appointed to the State Court of Civil Appeals.
