The FDA says more than 130 dogs may have died after eating contaminated food in the past year made by Midwestern Pet Foods.

The agency says toxic mold was found in "Sports Mix" and other brands made at the company's plant in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Midwestern issued a voluntary recall back in January. The FDA says after inspecting the Chickasha location it also inspected the company's three other plants and found evidence of additional violations.

On Tuesday the FDA sent Midwestern a warning letter giving it 15 days to fix any violations.
