The Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission is cracking down on businesses who are allegedly selling tobacco to underage people.

The crackdown comes after ABLE leaders are finding a "concerning" number of businesses who are not complying with state laws during compliance checks.

In Oklahoma, it is illegal to sell tobacco and alcohol products to someone under the age of 21.

News 9’s Clayton Cummins followed along as compliance checks were done over the weekend.
