Silver Alert Canceled In Sallisaw For 68-Year-Old Woman

UPDATE: Officials have canceled the silver alert and say Reda Covington has been found safe Friday night.

A Silver Alert has been issued for 68-year-old Reda Covington in Sallisaw.

Police said Covington was last seen at Scott's Furniture in Sallisaw around 2 p.m. Friday afternoon wearing jeans, a gray shirt and grey shoes.

They said Covington will have a tri-colored shih tzu dog with an orange leash with her.

Officials did not give any vehicle information and they ask anyone with information to contact police.
