Philly Cheese Steak Cups

Sassy Mama shows us how to make Philly cheese steak cups.

1 can (8 count) flaky biscuits

1-pound uncooked shaved beef

8 slices provolone cheese

½ onion, sliced thin

½ red, yellow and green peppers, sliced thin

2 teaspoons Dale seasoning sauce

1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out the individual biscuits into thin rounds and set into the bottom of a well-greased muffin tin. Continue until 8 of the muffin cups have the biscuits pressed into the bottom and up the sides. Cut the provolone cheese into quarters and press a quarter into the bottom of each biscuits. Sauté the shaved beef, veggies, Dale’s seasoning sauce and Montreal Seasoning together in a large skillet until browned. Using tongs evenly distribute the hot beef mixture into each cup and top with an additional ½ slice of provolone cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until biscuits are browned and cheese is melted!
