Request To Remove 2 Pardon & Parole Board Members Denied

Two members of the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board will be part of the two upcoming hearings in the Julius Jones case -- a setback for Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater.

Prater had asked the state's Supreme Court to remove chairperson Adam Luck and board member Kelly Doyle.

That request was denied late Friday afternoon.
