Pardon & Parole Board Recommends Commutation For Julius Jones

In a 3-to-1 vote -- Oklahoma death row inmate Julius Jones's fight for freedom clears another hurdle.

He's convicted in the 1999 murder of Paul Howell -- but today, the pardon and parole board recommended his death sentence be commuted.
