Enid police arrested a man accused of child sex crimes following an investigation of alleged sexual abuse of a 14-year-old girl.
Authorities said the incident was first reported Wednesday, September 8 after the victim told a friend about the alleged abuse. The parents of the friend contacted police.
Police said 37-year-old Jason Raye Raye Williams was arrested Friday at home in the 2000 block of E. Cyprus on several complaints including 10 complaints for lewd molestation.
According to investigators, Williams admitted to touching the girl inappropriately eight to 10 times.
Police also arrested a 32-year-old woman on a complaint of enabling child sexual abuse.
Investigators said Williams said he threatened to kill Payne if she told anyone about the abuse.
Williams was booked into the Garfield County Detention Facility.
Authorities said the investigation is ongoing.
