Deadly Accident In Oklahoma County Leaves At Least 1 Dead, Authorities Confirm

The Bethany Fire Department and the Oklahoma City Police Department Signal 30 Squad are on the scene of a deadly accident in Oklahoma County Sunday night.

Authorities say that a vehicle overturned in the water near Highway 66 and Lake Overholser Drive by the lake.

Bethany Deputy Chief JD Reid confirmed that one person was retrieved from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

It is unclear if there are any more people stuck in the vehicle.

The cause of the crash in unknown at this time.
