Amazing Oklahoman: Jim Carl Celebrates 100 Years

News 9’s Amazing Oklahoman is celebrating 100 years.

Tulsa resident, Lieutenant Colonel Jim Carl served in the Army Air Corp before retiring from the United States Air Force.

Carl was honored on Sunday with a flyover of the same type of plane he flew in World War II.
