Police Identify Woman Killed In Crossfire Of NE OKC Shooting

The woman killed by a stray bullet Friday evening was identified, police said.

Ashley Rice, 29, was shot shortly before 4:45 p.m. Friday near NE 13th Street and N Lottie Avenue.

Investigators said Rice was hit by a stray bullet during an altercation. The shooting happened between two unknown people.

Rice was taken to a local hospital where she died.

So far, no arrests have been made.
