Editor's correction: There is no new effort to remove these members of the Oklahoma state Pardon and Parole Board. The case is ongoing, and ultimately a judge will decide.
Oklahoma County district attorney David Prater is once again pushing for the removal of two state pardon and parole board members.
Prater filed the motion Monday to remove board members Adam Luck and Kelly Doyle.
He alleged the two are biased due to their work with inmates on criminal justice reform.
Prater filed a same request last month, but the state's Supreme Court rejected it.
