Amazing Oklahomans: Bob & Carol Stoops

On Oct. 26, our Amazing Oklahomans are Bob and Carol Stoops.

The State Department of Corrections said the couple hosted a fundraiser for "Friends for Folks" in their home.

That's a dog training program behind bars.

DOC said one of the Stoops' family dogs was trained by an inmate.

They donated sport memorabilia for a silent auction, with a hope of raising $150,000.
