Former Oklahoma State University football player Trace Clark is getting attention online for his social media posts, saying he was racially profiled while driving in the Oklahoma Panhandle last weekend.
His TikTok video of his exchange with the police officer has gone viral on the platform with 4.9 million views.
Clark said he was driving within the speed limit in Goodwell when he said a police officer pulled him over. Clark said the police officer was not wearing any form of identification.
Clark received a written warning for failing to maintain in his lane. After receiving the warning, he was further questioned by the officer.

“I shouldn’t be forced into the back of a police car for an hour while a U-Haul of my belongs (sic) is searched outside my line of sight,” Clark said in a tweet. “For them to find nothing…no (sic) with explanation.”
The video continues with the search and the police officer did not find any narcotics in his vehicle.
Clark reached out to the Goodwell Police Department about the incident.
Clark tells News 9 that he is working with an attorney and has filed a complaint to the Goodwell Police Department.
News 9 reached out to Goodwell Police Department. GPD said that it is currently working on an internal investigation and will have answers soon.
The officer’s name has not been released.
