2 Charged In Ottawa County Murder

Two people have been arrested in a homicide investigation in Ottawa county after Quapaw Nation Marshals found a woman's body this week.

Investigators say Jimmy Kelly had an affair with Toni Moran which made his wife Charlana jealous so he arranged a confrontation between the women. They say Kelly told them during Sunday's meeting that Moran said she was better off dead so he handed her a gun and she shot herself.

Investigators then say that Kelly admitted to a confidential informant that he killed someone else. Jimmy Kelly has been charged with murder while his wife is charged with accessory to murder.
