A Tahlequah doctor charged with murdering a nurse recently in Arkansas has now surrendered his osteopathic medical license.
Doctor Tyler Tait was arrested last month after he and Moria Kinsey got in a fight as they were traveling back from a funeral.
Police say Tait called 911 and said Kinsey was having a seizure.

Deputies in Arkansas say Kinsey had bruises around her neck and a cut on her elbow, and Tait didn't have an explanation for how she got those injuries.
The State Board of Osteopathic Examiners says Tait surrendered his license as a physician and surgeon on Thursday.
He can no longer treat patients in Oklahoma and is he ever re-applies, they could put stipulations on his license.
