Tulsa Police Arrests Man In Connection With Deadly Shooting At Senior Living Facility

Tulsa police said the suspected shooter, Charles Frank, is in the Osage County jail Saturday morning.

Police said Frank is accused of shooting another resident multiple times at the Country Club Gardens Apartments near West Latimer and Osage Drive.
