Oklahoma National Guard Relaxes Policy On COVID-19 Vaccine

The Oklahoma National Guard is relaxing its policy on COVID-19 vaccines

Adjutant General Thomas Mancino ordered that no members of the Oklahoma National Guard are required to get vaccinated unless under active duty.

In a statement, Mancino said "If Oklahoma Guard Members are not mobilized on Title 10 orders, the only entity that can give a "lawful" order - that is an order backed by the authority of law - is the Governor and his designated State chain of command.
