EPIC Begins Cutting Employees As Enrollment Dips By 60%

EPIC Charter Schools will begin to cut staff after announcing an expected drop in enrollment numbers as life returns to normal following the pandemic.

EPIC's enrollment ballooned to 61,000 at the height of the pandemic last year. This year, 3 in 5 students are returning to their previous school districts.

The district began cutting employees on Friday and will continue through November.
