The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) confirmed that one person outside of the governor's mansion was arrested while protesting the planned execution of Julius Jones.
Sarah Stewart with the OHP made the confirmation, but the name of the person arrested is unknown at this time.
Leaders of the rally told all the participants to leave for the night and that the protest will resume Thursday at 8 a.m.
